Father Brian Mac Raois P.P
Father Brian is a native of Camlough, Co. Armagh. He studied at St. Patrick’s College, Maynooth and he was ordained in St. Malachy’s church,
Carrickcruppen, Camlough on 17th June 1973. He held a number of temporary appointments after his ordination.
He taught at St. Colman’s College, Newry 1974-5. He was appointed to Lordship Parish in 1975 and remained at Jenkinstown for three years.
He then moved to Coalisland, Co. Tyrone where he ministered until 1995.
His next appointment was as curate in Clonfeacle (Moy), Co. Tyrone in that year.
He was appointed Parish Priest of Kilkerly, Dundalk in 1998 and was transferred from there to Carlingford-Omeath in 2005.
His interests are Irish language and literature. |
